Laurencia specializes in corporate, Company Secretarial services, Regulatory compliance and Audit, Tax Laws, Mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, Banking laws, social security laws and Labour laws.
Laurencia holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Dar es salaam and a post graduate Diploma in Law from the Law School of Tanzania. She is qualified as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and other subordinate court.
