Bernard is an Advocate with significant expertise in Labour Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Land Law, Investment Law, Real estate, Company secretarial services and Immigration matters.
He has been handling legal matters for both local and international clients in assignments relating to company formation and restructuring, business licencing, statutory compliance, share transfer, corporate legal opinions, contracts drafting and review, labour compliance and practice. Prior to joining LexActo, he worked with Vipaji Inc. Corporate Ltd, Integrated Communication Ltd and Worldwide Compliance Limited.
Bernard holds a Bachelor’s degree of Law (LL.B Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
