Catherine is a Managing partner and head of Corporate and Banking Department in LexActo Attorneys.
Before joining Lexacto Attorneys Catherine gained her experience in different prestigious law firm who has advised on some major transactions in private and public sectors.
Catherine specializes in corporate, capital markets, banking, insurance, securities and financial laws and has a special interest in laws regulating Conveyancing, financial institution, employment, and land law.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Dar es salaam and a post graduate Diploma in Law from the Law School of Tanzania. She is qualified as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and other subordinate court.
